Kelly Barnhart

Administrative Director

Kelly is the Administrative Director of Barnhart Dental and the wife and business partner of Dr. Joe Barnhart. With over a decade of experience helping lead the practice, Kelly combines her organizational expertise and passion for patient care to ensure every aspect of the office runs smoothly. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University and loves being a mom to their three children. A fun fact about Kelly — before life at the dental office, she was a Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader! Her energy, positivity, and dedication to people continue to shine through in everything she does at Barnhart Dental.

Lauren

Office Manager

Lauren has been a valued member of the Barnhart Dental team for over seven years. As Office Manager, she brings a passion for people and leadership to everything she does. Lauren takes pride in building lasting relationships with patients and ensuring each visit feels welcoming and stress-free. Outside the office, she’s a proud soccer mom to two boys who keep her busy with practices and games. In her free time, Lauren loves shopping, traveling to coastal destinations, and relaxing at the beach—her favorite place to be.

Isabella

Insurance Coordinator

Isabella is Barnhart Dental’s friendly and dependable insurance coordinator. She helps patients understand their insurance benefits and supports the clinical team whenever needed. Known for her upbeat personality and sense of humor, she brings warmth and laughter to every interaction. Outside of work, Isabella enjoys reading, spending time with her dog Apollo, and relaxing with her family.

Mandy

Patient Coordinator

Mandy has spent the past two years welcoming patients with kindness and making every visit feel personal. A proud hometown resident, she loves seeing familiar faces and building relationships within the community. When she’s not at the office, Mandy enjoys time with her husband, Shane, their kids Jayce and Lainey, and their precious grandbabies—being “LaLa” is one of her greatest joys. She also loves Starbucks runs and a good shopping trip.

Debbie

RDH – Dental Hygienist

Debbie graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2014 and quickly discovered her passion for dental hygiene. She loves building meaningful connections with patients and helping them feel confident in their smiles. Always striving to grow as a clinician, she enjoys learning and advancing her skills. Away from the office, Debbie has been married for 14 years and is a proud mom of two. She’s an avid reader who also enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her family.

McKenna

RDH – Dental Hygienist

McKenna is a graduate of St. Louis Community College–Forest Park and is known for her calm, gentle approach to dental hygiene. She focuses on truly listening to her patients and creating a warm, stress-free experience at every visit. Her goal is to help people feel relaxed, cared for, and confident in their oral health. In her free time, McKenna loves spending her days with her husband, family, and close friends.

Megan

CDA, EFDA, BS – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Megan is a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant specializing in Restorative II dentistry. She is dedicated to providing precise, patient-centered care and building strong, trusting relationships with patients. Committed to ongoing learning, Megan stays current on modern techniques to ensure excellent outcomes. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Krystal,

CDA, EFDA – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Krystal is a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with over 16 years of experience. She is known for her compassionate care and dedication to creating a comfortable environment for every patient. Krystal holds degrees from San Joaquin Valley College and Liberty University. She and her husband of 20 years have two wonderful children who keep her inspired. She takes pride in helping patients feel at ease and delivering dependable, high-quality care.

Mya

CDA, EFDA, BS – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Mya is an EFDA who joined Barnhart Dental in June. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services and graduated with honors from OTC’s Dental Assisting Program. Skilled in Restorative II placement and various clinical procedures, she is passionate about patient comfort and high-quality care. Outside of work, Mya enjoys walks with her chihuahua Lewie, spending time with family and her fiancé, and planning her wedding.

Connie

CDA, EFDA – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Connie brings over two decades of experience to the dental field and enjoys the wide variety of procedures and responsibilities that come with her role. She is passionate about providing high-quality care and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and well-supported during their visits. Outside the office, Connie loves spending time with family and friends, whether she’s camping, swimming, or relaxing with a good TV series. She and her fiancé share a lively blended family of five children who keep life fun and full.


